Step 1: Site Preparation and Excavation

The first step in the asphalt paving process is site preparation and excavation. This is important because it ensures that the area is ready for paving and that any underground utilities are taken care of. The excavation process begins by clearing the site of any vegetation or debris. Next, we grade and compact the soil to create a stable base for the pavement.

Step 2: Lay-outing the Sub Base

The second step in the asphalt paving process is lay-outing the sub-base. This is a critical step, as it helps to ensure a strong and stable foundation for the asphalt pavement.

Step 3: Pouring of Asphalt

After properly compacting the sub-base, we place a hot mix asphalt top layer. The equipment used for this job is a self-propelled paver.
